Client Servicing Executive Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support senior client servicing team members in managing day-to-day client accounts.

  • This role involves coordinating with clients to understand requirements and communicating them effectively to internal teams.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and reports for client meetings.
  • You will work closely with creative and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Additionally, you will monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and update clients regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting senior client servicing team members in account management
  • Coordinating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

  • Working closely with creative and digital teams to deliver projects on time
  • Monitoring project progress and updating clients regularly

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Client Servicing/Account Management (preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in a team environment and value collaboration
