  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering administrative services with meticulousness and streamlining SSR.
  • Performing loss run pulling activities with accuracy and consistency, contributing significantly to a smooth month-end close process.
  • Meticulously managing policy data, implementing quality controls, and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Processing daily transactions as per targets set by processes.
  • Exhibiting the ability to manage change effectively self and within teams proactively.
  • Following policies outlined by the organization.
  • Organizing/participating in divisional and organizational activities.
  • Ensuring on-time weekly/monthly reporting as required.
  • Liaising with other departments as necessary.
  • Engaging in process-oriented and personal skill enhancement trainings, staying informed about industry updates.
  • Ownership and Collaboration:
  • Taking full ownership of deliverables and collaborating effectively with teams to achieve collective targets.
  • Considering the broader picture and recognizing the importance of each process within the operational framework.
  • Effective Communication:
  • Corresponding with customers in clear and concise manner to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Proactive Workflow Management:
  • Proactively managing daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to meet key performance indicators and service standards.
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed within designated timelines to uphold operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
  • Previous work experience in relevant industry (not mandatory).
  • Excellent computer skills; ability to work in MS Office systems is an added advantage.
  • Good analytical skills, decision making, attention to detail, and business process orientation.
  • Must be flexible to work in different shifts.
