
Senior Business Development Lead

Job Overview:
- We are seeking a Senior Project Management Professional to spearhead the development of our Projects business across their region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conceive, plan, execute, and deliver projects in a timely and financially viable manner.
- Drive performance excellence by establishing effective governance systems, ensuring financial discipline, managing project profitability, and implementing robust project management practices.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Responsible for Profit & Loss (P&L), Margin, and On-time Delivery
- Project Execution: Completion within budgeted cost and time, Handover to Operations and Maintenance (OMS) and Customer
- Contract Management: Zero Liquidated Damages (LD) and timely contractual communications
- Design Review mechanism with vendors to ensure project deliveries meet contractual milestones
- Implement and improve margin through cost optimization measures
- Explore opportunities for additional revenue through additional scope, services, or claims
- Manage all Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risks affecting project delivery
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain relations with customers at all levels
- Inculcate Safety & Quality culture - Zero fatal accidents, First Time Right, and minimal Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
