  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Follow up on business leads and referrals assigned by the inside sales team, driving the sales process forward.
  • Sales Strategy & Customer Experience: Develop and implement data-driven strategies that ensure efficient sales processes and an outstanding customer experience.
  • Client Engagement: Travel to various client locations, conduct product presentations, and product demonstrations to drive sales and meet targets.

Required Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, construction sales, preferably in B2B or partnership management.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals.
  • Sales and Business Management Strategies: Experience in sales and business management strategies and planning.
  • Relationship Building: Good at relationship building with a solid data-driven approach.
  • Languages: Kannada speaking is mandatory.
