Job Description:

As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for leading the development and communication of strategic plans to meet client needs. You will work closely with internal teams to generate innovative concepts for client pitching and analyze business operations to identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring client renewals and upsells. You will also be responsible for evaluating marketing success through social media reports and identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and communicating Annual Operating Plans (AOP) based on client briefs
  • Leading client pitching process by generating innovative concepts in collaboration with internal teams
  • Providing strategic inputs to competitor analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Analyzing business-as-usual (BAU) operations to identify opportunities for experimentation and innovation
  • Creating compelling case studies and success stories that highlight the achievements and impact of the organization's work
