We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud migrations, Windows Server management, Office 365 administration, networking, Active Directory management, remote support, and RDP configurations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance optimization.
  • Deliver remote support services to clients, resolving issues related to cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, and productivity software.
  • Handle end-to-end migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Provide expert-level support for Office 365, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
  • Configure and troubleshoot printer setups across various network environments.
  • Implement and troubleshoot networking solutions, including VPN, VLAN, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Administer Active Directory environments, including user/group management, GPO deployment, and DNS configuration.
  • Configure and optimize Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for secure remote access.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Experience in cloud support and administration is also desirable.
