Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of IT service management implementations, including ServiceNow and configuration management database.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Manage project lifecycle from initiation through delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Track and report project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets to leadership.
  • Ensure successful integration of IT service management with existing business processes and the configuration management database.
  • Work closely with technical teams, business analysts, developers, architects, and platform owners.
  • Act as liaison between business units and IT implementation partners or internal developers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational governance.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, issue logs, and status reports.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support testing, change management, and user adoption activities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management and IT service management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
