Job Title: Effective Communication Trainer

The role of an effective communication trainer is to deliver high-quality training programs that enhance the communication skills of trainees. As part of a global team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training solutions that meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand the training needs of business units and deploy relevant learning interventions.
  • Maintain relationships with assigned business units to assess their needs regularly.
  • Delivery of communication training (integrated soft skills, intercultural, language proficiency) and other relevant training programs as per the identified training plan.
  • Delivery of Global Induction & third event programs.
  • Delivery of developmental training e.g., Call coaching for Coaches.
  • Provide continuous feedback into the Central Communication Development team, Recruitment teams and Line Managers of trainees.
  • Provide constant feedback to the course/content owners to maintain the effectiveness and impact of the L&D offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong content delivery and facilitation skills.
  • Extensive background in Learning and Development/ Training.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required; with excellent planning and organizing skills.
  • Highly effective in working with all levels of management and staff; adapts well to culturally diverse work environments; with the ability to manage resources in the most effective way to achieve cost/service levels.
  • Ability to build and maintain relations with business units and to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Desirable, relevant certification.
