Job Title: Process Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Training Manager to lead our training initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs, identifying and assessing future and current training needs, and evaluating the success of training programs.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and delivering training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • They will work closely with line managers to identify training needs, develop individualized training plans, and conduct regular progress assessments.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a keen understanding of industry trends, developments, and best practices in training methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To develop, implement, and evaluate training programs that meet the organization's objectives.
  2. To assess training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
  3. To design and deliver training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
  4. To maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, participation, and evaluation data.
  5. To identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in a relevant field such as education, instructional design, or human resources.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
