We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Home Loan Relationship Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing business through various channels, including DSAs, builders, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new business opportunities through DSAs, Builders, Channel Partners and the open market.
  • Managing existing relationships with key accounts and nurturing long-term business partnerships.
  • Identifying new potential DSA, CA, Financial Consultants and Brokers & Builders in respective areas.
  • Training and development of DSAs to enhance their sales skills.
  • Working closely with legal and technical departments to ensure smooth project approvals.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-10 years in Home Loan, Loan Against Property, or Mortgage Sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
