Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer - We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Senior Test Engineer to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our web applications. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with various testing methodologies, including Waterfall, VnV, and Agile.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and execute test cases using diverse testing methods.
  • Conduct thorough requirements elicitation and create detailed test scenarios based on these requirements.
  • Design robust test cases for multiple test phases, including regression, SIT, ST, and UAT.
  • Peer review test cases to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Prepare test environments and execute test cases, documenting all defects clearly and accurately.
  • Identify and document automatable test scenarios.
  • Collaborate closely with the Development team to facilitate defect fixes.
  • Document Lessons Learned & Best Practices and share them with the team to promote continuous improvement.
  • Deliver comprehensive Test Summary Reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in testing methodologies like Waterfall, VnV, and Agile.
  • Strong understanding of the complete Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Hands-on experience with functional automation tools such as UFT / Selenium.
  • Well-versed in all phases of software testing.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Sound interpersonal and team working skills.
Education:
  • B-Tech, MCA, or M-Tech from a reputable institution.
