Job Description

We are seeking an experienced software professional to join our development team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality software applications using C#/.NET, object-oriented design, and REST API services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze stories written by the Product Owner and estimate complexity
  • Work on all aspects of the software development life cycle following agile methodologies
  • Gather information and feedback from end-users to understand and develop project requirements
  • Design solutions to meet current project requirements and accommodate future needs
  • Perform reviews and integration testing to ensure quality
  • Assign and complete tasks in a timely manner and meet project milestone dates
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience with C#/.NET, object-oriented design, and building backend applications with REST API services using .NET Core
  • Full Stack application development experience
  • Proven ability to lead the design and development of API or data integration applications
  • Expertise in web services, REST, WCF, and WebAPI
  • Experience with database design and advanced query techniques (DML and performance tuning)
  • Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test-driven development
  • Experience with DBMS such as Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL
  • Experience with DevOps practices and modern CI/CD deployment models using Jenkins/Ansible
  • Leadership experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software code for business applications
  • Technical guidance and coaching for less experienced team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have:
  • AWS technologies expertise (e.g. EC2, RDS, ALB, Auto-scaling, S3, IAM, CloudWatch) for cloud solution development and maintenance
