We're developing cutting-edge payment solutions to empower consumers and institutions within the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Our goal is to facilitate seamless transitions from traditional currency to crypto, enhancing financial access worldwide.
Our team processes massive transactions across numerous countries, moving funds through various channels like purchases, sales, deposits, withdrawals, and trades for both retail and institutional clients.
As a platform team, we serve external clientele and internal customers equally, ensuring timely execution and consistency in every fund transfer without fail.
Job Responsibilities- Design and develop platforms for the payments organization.
- Provide technical expertise and collaborate closely with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps.
- Build new services using Golang and Java to meet critical product and business needs.
- Design scalable systems to solve novel problems with modern cloud technology and industry best practices.
- Articulate a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling backend systems and the teams running them.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs, debug difficult technical problems, and make systems easier to deploy, own, operate, and diagnose.
- Review feature designs for cross-cutting projects and ensure security, safety, scale, operational integrity, and architectural clarity.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in architecting large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services and composing service-oriented architecture.
- Strong technical skills for system design and coding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a bias toward open, transparent cultural practices.
- Rapid growth experience in a company (from startup to mid-size).
- Experience with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks.
- Blockchain technology experience (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum).
- Experience with Golang, Docker, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
