Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Purchase Executive to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, developing strategies for supply chain management, and ensuring efficient store operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Inventory Management: Monitor stock movements, identify slow-moving items, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal inventory levels.
    • Vendor Development: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and develop effective communication channels.
    • Supply Chain Management: Develop strategies to optimize logistics costs and improve efficiency, ensuring seamless inventory flow from suppliers to customers.
    • Store Operations: Manage material receipt, storage, and dispatch processes to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to finished goods, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and documentation.
  • Requirements:
    • Any Degree with 4-6 years experience in procurement activities in manufacturing industry and dealt with import and export activities.
    • In-depth knowledge of Purchase operations, strategies, and best practices.
    • Negotiation techniques.
    • Knowledge of vendor management and inventory management systems.
    • An analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using procurement software and systems (like SAP, Oracle, ERP, Tally etc.).
    • Relevant certification in procurement or supply chain management.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Fluency in Telugu language.
