About the Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Strategic Account Manager for Government Projects. This key position requires a skilled individual who can effectively manage high-value government accounts, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and deliver creative marketing strategies that drive growth.

This exciting opportunity involves navigating complex public sector partnerships, developing innovative solutions, and monitoring campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record in driving account growth and managing multi-stakeholder projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-value government accounts, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and exceeding client expectations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across ministries, agencies, and government bodies.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies that meet government priorities and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor and report campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within accounts and develop strategic plans to expand scope and long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 6-7 years of experience in account management, performance marketing, or client growth roles (agency or consulting background preferred).
  • Strong understanding of government protocols, sensitivities, and processes.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to handle senior bureaucrats, ministers, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing and performance metrics, with the ability to link creative strategy with measurable growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in driving account growth and managing multi-stakeholder projects.
