Job Description

As a Data Governance Specialist, you will design and implement data catalog solutions to improve data discovery, accessibility, and governance across organizations. You will leverage expertise in Collibra, IDMC, and Purview to develop robust data catalog frameworks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive data catalog strategies and implementations using Collibra, IDMC, and Purview.
  • Engage with clients to understand their data catalog and governance needs.
  • Configure and customize data catalog tools to meet specific client requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of data catalog solutions with existing data governance systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data cataloging and governance, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Expertise in Collibra, Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC), and Microsoft Purview.
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
