Job Title: Data Governance Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to design and implement data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices tailored to our organization's needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, best practices, tools, and techniques. They will develop and implement data quality metrics and thresholds to measure and monitor data quality levels over time.
  • This role involves designing and implementing sustainable data cleansing processes to address data quality issues, such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
  • The Data Governance Specialist will establish metadata repositories and frameworks to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships. Ensuring metadata integrity and alignment with data quality standards is crucial for this position.
  • The successful candidate will lead the interface discussions pertaining to master data with different applications.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in MDM technical leadership or similar roles, focusing on data quality management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this position.
  • Cross-functional team collaboration and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment are critical qualities for success.
  • Familiarity with the Fusion Oracle cloud platform is an added advantage.
