Job Overview

The role of a Project Manager involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of complex integration projects.

  • Developing comprehensive project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, and Sales to drive project success.
  • Identifying integration risks, issues, and dependencies; establishing mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
  • Leading regular project status meetings, communicating updates to leadership, and ensuring transparency in progress tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Aligning processes, systems, and teams across organizations while minimizing disruption and promoting synergy.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and KPIs post-integration to track synergy realization.
  • Supporting change management, communications, and cultural integration initiatives to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Ensuring regulatory and compliance considerations are addressed throughout the integration process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in full lifecycle delivery of complex systems, including requirements, design, build, test, and deployment. They will also possess strong program/project management skills, preferably in complex, cross-functional environments.
