Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional support professional to provide administrative assistance to our Chief Executive Officer. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the success of our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate interactions.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop, review, and manage professional communication, reports, and presentations, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Task Management: Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure smooth execution of the CEO's commitments, handle appointments, and calendar management.
  • Growth Initiatives: Support business growth initiatives by assisting with proposals, presentations, and documentation, utilizing Microsoft Office tools and demonstrated proficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant.
  • Skill Set: Strong personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, and a positive dynamic attitude.
