Job Title: Key Support Partner to Chief Executive Officer

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Calendar Management: Support the CEO by managing schedules, meeting requests, reminders, travel arrangements, and personal tasks.
  • Executive Assistance: Assist in the CEO's daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of tasks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with all Heads of Departments (HODs) to streamline communication and follow-ups.
  • Management Information System (MIS) Analysis: Prepare and analyze MIS reports and other critical data to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Departmental Progress Tracking: Conduct regular follow-ups with different departments to track progress on key initiatives.
  • Meeting Documentation: Draft minutes of various meetings, ensuring accuracy and timely circulation.
  • Meeting Tracker Maintenance: Maintain trackers for periodic meetings across key stakeholders, ensuring timely execution of action points.
  • Accountability and Confidentiality: Uphold the highest level of confidentiality in all activities related to the CEO's office.
