Electrical Maintenance Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Electrical Maintenance Lead. This key position will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and driving a culture of reliability and efficiency.

About the Position

  • The successful candidate will develop and implement effective maintenance planning strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • They will design and implement condition monitoring programs to identify potential equipment failures and prevent unplanned shutdowns.
  • Additionally, they will manage spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • The ideal candidate will develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in electrical maintenance practices.
  • Promoting a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility is also essential.

Requirements

We seek a qualified and experienced professional with:

A degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech) from a recognized institution.A minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.A proven track record of implementing effective maintenance strategies and improving equipment reliability.
