Job Title: Senior Cloud Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, optimization, and support of our cloud infrastructure that supports our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and relevant integrations in production.

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server virtual machines within AWS.
  • Provision, manage, and optimize performance for SQL Server and PostgreSQL database instances.
  • Plan and execute migrations of customer environments and databases across AWS instances and services.
  • Support and maintain hybrid cloud environments, as well as web applications and serverless components.
  • Ensure high availability for Windows-based applications delivered through Thinfinity VirtualUI.
About This Role:

This is a critical position that requires expertise in managing and modernizing cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our WMS platform remains reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient in production.

Your Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer who can lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud architecture.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement automation solutions to streamline cloud deployment and management.
  • Maintain documentation for environment configurations, processes, and recovery procedures.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, specifically in AWS.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
