We are seeking an experienced technical professional to lead our IT infrastructure, ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable environment.

About the Role
  • This senior-level position involves overseeing advanced system administration, troubleshooting, migrations, and automation for Windows Server environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and configure virtualized environments (Hyper-V, VMware, or Azure Virtual Desktop) to meet business needs.
  • Perform patch management, upgrades, and system performance optimization to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies to minimize downtime and data loss.
Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration
  • Administer O365 tenant services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online to streamline collaboration and productivity.
  • Manage Azure AD, Conditional Access Policies, Security & Compliance Center to enhance security and compliance.
  • Configure and maintain Intune MDM/MAM for endpoint security and compliance to protect against cyber threats.
  • Support hybrid environments (on-premises AD + Azure AD Connect) to facilitate seamless integration.
SharePoint & Power Platform
  • Administer and support SharePoint Online/On-Prem, including site collections, permissions, and workflows to optimize content management.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Power Automate (Flow) solutions for business process automation to improve efficiency.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports integrating data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize collaboration and reporting platforms to drive business success.
Migration Projects
  • Lead and execute migrations to O365, SharePoint Online, and Azure to modernize IT infrastructure.
  • Perform email and data migrations (Exchange, PST, file shares, SharePoint, legacy systems) to minimize disruptions.
  • Ensure minimal downtime and data integrity during migration processes to maintain business continuity.
Security & Compliance
  • Implement identity and access management (IAM) best practices to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents across O365/Azure to prevent breaches.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ISO, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.) to maintain trust and confidence.
Support & Mentorship
  • Provide L3 support for escalated incidents and problem management to resolve complex issues.
  • Create documentation, SOPs, and runbooks for IT operations to standardize procedures.
  • Mentor and guide L1/L2 engineers in troubleshooting and best practices to develop their skills.
