Job Purpose

This role is pivotal in shaping the customer experience through technology excellence in the highly competitive telecom industry. The successful candidate will oversee Infrastructure Provider Relationship Management of Passive Infrastructure at Circle for all Technologies of RAN and Core Networks, driving a team to ensure seamless delivery of Ready For Active Installation (RFAI) packages, resolving post-RFAI issues in a timely manner, verifying bills, and executing Order Management as per Central Team guidelines.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Effectively manage IP Bill Verification and execute Order Management according to Corporate policies.
  • Facilitate dispute resolutions related to IP Fees with stakeholders from O&M and Finance.
  • Ensure accurate MIS input to Portals, Mobile Apps, and company databases.
  • Oversee Passive Infrastructure deliveries for Technology Projects of RAN & MW, covering FDD, TDD, M-Mimo, Small Cells, Sector Additions, New Technologies, Fiber POP, DWDM, Transport, Core, Charging, VAS, Enterprise, ISP, etc., ensuring timely resolution of RFAI issues and site readiness for Active Infrastructure deployment and commissioning.
    • Manage the Order Management Tool at the Circle, focusing on site-wise inventory accuracy, billing data accuracy, and IP Fee payment accuracy, including IP Fee-related dispute resolutions.
    • Interact with Infrastructure Providers to review project deliveries, identify gaps, and take necessary actions.
    • Conduct governance meetings with Providers to address concerns and ensure timely actions.
    • Participate in War Rooms with key stakeholders, enabling effective monitoring and tracking of project deliverables to meet milestones and resolve issues promptly.
    • Carry out joint site visits with IPs to resolve critical issues by interacting with site owners/society representatives.
    • Ensure accurate MIS input to Portals, Mobile Apps, and company databases.
    • Facilitate IP Fee-related dispute resolutions with stakeholders from O&M and Finance.
    • Maintain adherence to Corporate Guidelines throughout Project Execution.
    • Regularly review project status and create action plans.

Required Qualifications

B-Tech Electrical / Electronics and Communications or Computer Science Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in a similar field or an Engineering Graduate with 5+ years' experience and minimum 3-4 years' similar experience in Telecom.
