Job Summary

This role is part of the DB Securities & Custody Operations team, supporting local and offshore clients of the GTB – Investor Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day trade processing, settlements, FX, and cash processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate trade processing and regulatory reporting activities
  • Ensure quality and quantity of processing meet client SLAs
  • Monitor volume inflow and allocate resources accordingly
  • Provide technical operational expertise to clients and team members
  • Develop a mechanism to handle volume peaks during peak seasons
  • Ensure task closure within prescribed SLAs
  • Adhere to internal and external process guidelines, including compliance and legal requirements
  • Identify operational risks and mitigate them
  • Ensure adequate back-ups for critical positions and assist other teams during contingencies
  • Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders for business growth
  • Handle BAU to process FX/Cash processing for offshore and local clients, FX and Regulatory reporting for India market, break analysis, and escalations

Requirements

  • Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Exposure to Indian capital markets, settlements, or custody background preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
