
Client Relationship Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. As a key member of our NRI Services division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our portfolio of clients.
About the Role:
- You will act as the primary point of contact for our NRI clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.
- Provide inputs on a wide range of financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
- Participate in NRI client acquisition drives, events, and outreach programs as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or financial services
