Job Overview

The role involves assisting in the recovery of outstanding debts from customers on a full-time basis, ideal for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact individuals or businesses to recover outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to debt recovery and maintain accurate records of debt recovery activities
  • Follow up with debtors on payment commitments, prepare reports on debt recovery progress, and collaborate with team members to achieve debt recovery targets
Requirements
  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in debt recovery or a related field, with Hindi fluency required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, and good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and proficiency in using MS Office applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain a positive attitude, willingness to learn
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹200,000 - ₹300,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits that include opportunities for growth and development, a collaborative work environment, and recognition of individual achievements.
