Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Recovery Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers who have been transferred to recoveries from the network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers with strong communication skills in English.
  • Negotiate with customers to agree on the best way forward for repayment of debts.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Effective and efficient daily client management.
  • Manage cases in a timely manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full-time graduate (10+2+3).
  • 0 to 45 days of notice period.
  • Willingness to work in any shifts.
  • Good communication skills written and oral.
  • Mode of salary credit should be through bank from all the employers.
