Job Title

As a seasoned Director of Customer Relationship Management, you will be responsible for leading the Salesforce development lifecycle, overseeing multiple organizations, and managing strategic initiatives. Your expertise in modern DevOps practices, combined with your ability to align platform capabilities with evolving business needs, will drive continuous improvement across our CRM ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, configuration, and customization. You will also possess hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.

  • Salesforce Proficiency

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, configuration, and customization.
