Key Responsibilities:

  • Attending court hearings, negotiations, and arbitration sessions
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Indirect tax, Power Sector, Shipping Laws, and dispute resolution
  • Proficiency in Law and handling legal issues
  • Experience in legal document preparation and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong research and case management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Membership in good standing with the Bar Council
