  • Resource Allocation and Development

  • Safety Protocols and 5S Implementation
  • Performance Objectives and Goal Setting
  • Maintenance Coordination and Troubleshooting
  • Team Training and Mentoring
  • Cycle Time Optimization and Efficiency

We require a strong leader with excellent communication skills and technical knowledge of molding processes and materials. If you possess mechanical engineering expertise and have experience in production functions of engineering industries, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Mechanical Engineering Graduate or CIPET
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in production functions
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Technical Knowledge of Molding Processes and Materials
  • People Development and Teamwork
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities
  • APQP Documentation, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan Knowledge
  • SAP Expertise
  • DOE for Molding Process Knowledge
