Training Program Developer

As a key member of the Global Talent Track team, the Corporate Learning Specialist will play a vital role in the development and implementation of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create effective training plans and schedules
  • Choose the appropriate training methods for each project, including virtual, simulated, mentoring, on-the-job training, and professional development classes
  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps
  • Stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques, and apply them in the development of training programs
  • Design, prepare, and order educational aids and materials
  • Collect feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
  • Maintain an updated curriculum database and training records
  • Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Research and recommend new training methods, such as gamification

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or Training Facilitator
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
  • Proven ability to complete the full training cycle, from needs assessment to evaluation
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
  • Experience with e-learning platforms
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Strong communication skills
