Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective training plans and schedules to ensure maximum productivity and engagement
  • Select and utilize relevant training methods, including virtual, simulated, mentoring, on-the-job training, and professional development classes
  • Conduct thorough organizational-wide training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest education principles and techniques to continually improve our training programs
  • Design, prepare, and order educational aids and materials to support our trainers and trainees
  • Capture feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session to inform future program improvements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts to ensure instructional design aligns with business objectives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date curriculum databases and training records
  • Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts to enhance their knowledge and skills
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment to ensure they meet our evolving needs
  • Research and recommend innovative training methods, such as gamification, to stay ahead of the curve
  • Utilize proven work experience, hands-on experience, and adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools to excel in this role

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate)
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
  • Experience with e-learning platforms
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Strong communication skills

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience
