We are seeking a Support Engineer with expertise in customer-facing roles, managing infrastructure support at L1 level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor server parameters on a regular schedule.
  • Report performance issues to relevant teams.
  • Ensure scheduled tasks are completed successfully.
  • Rerun failed tasks.
  • Report technical errors for resolution.
  • Monitor emails and ticketing systems for new items/tickets.
  • Update tickets with initial responses.
  • Gather details from business/end users or other teams if required.
  • Reproduce issues in testing environments and provide inputs to L2 team members.
  • Validate issue fixes in internal testing environments based on customer inputs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer-facing experience of over 3 years.
  • L1 level infrastructure support management for at least 3 years.
  • SailPoint or IAM system support experience is beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Handling customer queries on system functionality.
  • Technical background in Java, scripting is advantageous.
