Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert technical assistance across various IT infrastructure, including end-user support, networking, servers, and IT systems.
The role requires a strong foundation in IT principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, storage, and networks.
- Handle user requests and incidents via an IT helpdesk/ticketing system.
- Administer user accounts, email systems, and security groups in Active Directory/Office 365.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and system access issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and external providers for IT services and escalations.
Key Skills Required:
- 1–3 years of IT support/infrastructure experience.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
