We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Specialist to join our Platform Engineering team. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and operating cloud-native infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud-Native Infrastructure Design: Architect Kubernetes clusters and drive automation for provisioning, scaling, and upgrades.
  • Cost Optimization Strategies: Develop strategies for cloud services and infrastructure utilization to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Platform Services Development: Build internal platform services such as CI/CD pipelines, observability stacks, and other tools for engineering teams across the organization.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code Implementation: Implement reproducible and auditable infrastructure changes using Terraform or CDK.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 8+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
  • Cloud Native Expertise: Strong background in AWS, GCP, or Azure with deep hands-on experience.
  • Kubernetes Architecture Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and operations (schedulers, K8s internals).
  • Internal Platforms Experience: Experience building internal developer platforms, control planes, or service frameworks.
  • Scripting and Programming Language Proficiency: Fluent in modern scripting and programming languages like Go or Python.
  • Observability and CI/CD Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and CI/CD tools.
  • Security Compliance Experience: Experience with infra/security compliance in production-grade environments (e.g., PCI, SOC 2, ISO).
