Industrial Operations Manager

Overview:

The Industrial Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities within the production process to ensure operational efficiency, quality standards, team management, and workflow optimization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and schedule production activities to meet business goals and deadlines.
  • Manage resources, time, and manpower effectively to optimize production output.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the production team to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges and minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) for smooth operations.
  • Prepare, monitor, and analyze production MIS reports to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver clear and effective communication to management and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in Production Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in a similar industry will be preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in production planning, team management, and process optimization.
