Para Litigation Job Description

The primary function of this role is to receive and analyze legal documents, including advocate notices, consumer redressal forum summons, and complaints. This involves scrutinizing the content, identifying key issues, and determining the best course of action.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and scrutinizing advocate notices, consumer redressal forum summons, and complaints
  • Replying to advocate notices in a timely and professional manner
  • Drafting legal notices and recovery notices as required
  • Responding to consumer complaints, drafting written statements, and affidavits
  • Responding to the ombudsman via SCN
  • Tending to IRDA Grievance matters
  • Vetting Service Level Agreements and vendor agreements for compliance
  • Drafting MOUs, LOIs, and service agreements
  • Maintaining MIS and providing data as needed

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in para litigation and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
