• Customer service skills, with a strong ability to handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Relevant certification or diploma in Cosmetology or a related field, with a focus on staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
