Role Description:

The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of influencer ecosystems in the female beauty, skincare, and grooming space.

This role involves managing influencer collaborations and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, build credibility, and drive growth on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to the beauty, skincare, & grooming categories.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage beauty, lifestyle, and wellness influencers/content creators.
  • Plan and run targeted campaigns around product launches, festive seasons, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with brand & creative teams to design engaging influencer briefs and ensure alignment.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize future initiatives.
  • Stay updated with trends in the beauty & personal care influencer space to keep ahead of the curve.
  • Maintain a structured influencer database with performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with beauty, skincare, haircare, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of managing impactful influencer campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, creator trends, and Instagram-first strategies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer tools and campaign analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and accountability at all times.
