Automotive Warranty Claims Processor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Automotive Warranty Claims Processor. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing warranty claims, verifying repair orders, and communicating with dealership staff.

  • Verify repair orders against dealership systems and prepare claims for submission.
  • Audit and process warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  • Maintain records of processed claims, update claim notes daily, and track aging claims.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of warranty claims.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Prior experience in warranty processing (Ford, GM, or Chrysler) is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
