Role Overview

The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of warranty claims. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work overnight hours aligned with US Central Standard Time. Beyond administrative tasks, this role offers a unique, paid pathway to develop into a skilled automotive warranty coding expert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify repair orders against dealership systems and prepare claims for submission.
  • Accurately review, code, and process warranty claims.
  • Maintain records, update claim notes daily, and track aging claims.
  • Communicate with US-based dealership staff to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the client's team to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in warranty processing (Ford, GM, or Chrysler) is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work overnight IST hours (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
