The primary function of a Supply Chain Finance Coordinator is to facilitate and enable procurement needs across multiple business units. This role plays a critical link between Global Procurement and the Manufacturing Network, ensuring that production needs are met by linking contracts, vendors, and materials to facilities.


Key responsibilities include creating and managing contracts for package materials and ingredients, ensuring sourcing options meet aggressive timelines and deliver on budget product launches. The coordinator must also ensure all contracts are sourced, and data feeds supplier requirements based on Demand Planning. Additionally, they will complete new material requests, process vendor setup, and handle price blocked invoices.


This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, payable/vendor management, and SAP hands-on experience. They should be able to work independently or as part of a team, manage multiple time-sensitive priorities, and maintain detailed documentation.


Qualifications
  • Experience in contract Management/Payables/Procurement roles
  • 3-5 years of experience in Payables/Vendor Management
  • SAP Hands-on experience
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team and takes initiatives
  • Capable of managing multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented; Methodological; organized in approach; and document maintenance
  • Consistency with performance, curious to learn and explore
  • Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in the English language
