Supply Chain Finance Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading Supply Chain Finance activities across all business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective performance management reporting strategies, providing insightful commentary on variances and business performance.
  • Design and manage financial models for PSP, AOP Phase-1, Phase-2, and Rolling Forecasts, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead scenario analysis and data collection efforts to support decision-making by BU teams.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders in the BU twice per week to discuss business performance updates and seek feedback on Centre of Excellence (COE) performance.
  • Collaborate with Data Modelling, Governance, and Process Improvement Lead to simplify and standardize reports, provide assistance as SME in process improvement and technological enhancements, and implementation.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce/Business Administration or related field with high-level finance and accounting experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance and planning, preferably with FMCG sector exposure.
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to Supply Chain, including SAP, MS Office, and other financial reporting systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English language.
