Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Logistics Supply Chain Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries, verifying consignment correctness and completeness.
  • Consult with dispatching on optimal routes for timely delivery and pickup.
  • Ensure proper completion of House Way Bills by shippers and consignees.
  • Maintain accurate records of packages and envelopes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and office staff, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of cold chain logistics and clinical trial logistics is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret basic English.
