Supply Chain Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of logistics, procurement, inventory management, and demand planning.

This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies that align with our business goals, driving operational efficiency and cost savings through process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Supply Chain Strategies: Ensure alignment with company objectives and optimize the entire supply chain process.
  • Manage End-to-End Supply Chain Operations: Oversee procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics management to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Optimize Vendor Relationships: Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors meet quality and delivery expectations.
  • Monitor Supply Chain Performance: Utilize KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Forecast demand and manage supply to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to local and international trade regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Oversee Import/Export Activities: Coordinate customs clearance when required.
  • Mitigate Risks: Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
