Senior Full Stack Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the development of cutting-edge software solutions, leveraging expertise in Java, Groovy, and modern UI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis & Design
  • Understand complex requirements from multiple documentation sources and assist Architects in design activities, providing accurate effort estimations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals and technical solutions.
  • Development & Testing
  • Adhere to established program standards and coding best practices, performing hands-on coding, unit testing, and behavior-driven development (BDD).
  • Follow stringent source code control procedures and debug technical issues efficiently.
  • Process Adherence
  • Comply with development processes and methodologies, participating in Agile ceremonies and ensuring timely updates and delivery.
  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship
  • Mentor and train new and existing team members, fostering teamwork and supporting colleagues in achieving shared goals.
  • Project Reporting & Ownership
  • Maintain accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables, tracking progress, reporting status, and proactively raising risks/issues.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Architects, and Product Owners.
