Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Financial Solutions Expert. This position requires a strong background in finance and experience with software solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering expert financial solutions, coaching and guiding new employees, and incorporating their work into larger projects. They will also meet with clients to understand their needs and work closely with colleagues to design and implement systems.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Articulating business problems, developing recommendations, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results
  • Working effectively with diverse individuals, adapting communication style to meet client needs
  • Obtaining product certification to guide client financial teams
  • Developing solution designs that help customers achieve their goals
  • Collaborating with global teams, being open to asking for help and supporting when required
  • Delivering defined scopes of work, identifying risks and issues, planning workload
  • Communicating regularly with project managers about configuration changes, schedule, and status
  • Assisting peers by reviewing deliverables
  • Executing unit test cases to verify changes made
  • Debugging and resolving any issues encountered during testing
  • Documenting changes precisely for the benefit of the customer
  • Adhering to project and support processes defined by project managers
  • Helping clients grow their knowledge and skills to manage their own solutions

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; a Master's degree in related areas is an advantage
  • Certification in software solutions is preferred
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to adapt and be flexible, working extended hours to meet deadlines should not be a concern
  • Learning agility to pick up and work on new domains as required by the business
  • Understanding of the software process lifecycle

At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required, with certification in software solutions being preferred. Working knowledge of software platforms is beneficial.
