The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and closing funding from international banks, high net worth individuals, and family offices. You will be expected to originate prospects, structure proposals/term sheets, coordinate due diligence, manage lender/investor communications, negotiate closing documentation, and ensure post-closing covenants and reporting.
