Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned financial operations manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in similar roles with small-medium sized companies or technology start-ups, preferably with e-commerce accounting expertise.

  • Manage end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Oversee account receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and other operational tasks.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Forecast cash flow positions, borrowing needs, and available funds for expense and investment.
  • Actively participate in audits, liaise with external stakeholders, and support management in fund raises.
Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Compliance: Manage all aspects of accounting, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and related HR matters.
  • Cash Flow Management: Forecast cash flow positions, manage short-term investments, and optimize cash utilization.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Qualified/Inter Chartered Accountant (CA) degree.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in similar roles with small-medium sized companies or technology start-ups.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills.
